On a class outing, Clark rushes to save a classmate who's deathwish will come to him later, if it wasn't for Clark. After
losing his powers with Eric Summers, by the lightining hitting Clark and Eric is holding a meteor-rock.
Clark is relieved after losing his powers, and is glad to finally be normal, but feels responsible when Eric uses his
powers for vengeance rather than helping others. Hoping that Eric will have the same weakness as Clark used to have, Clark
asks Lana for her necklace and Clark talks to her like he will never see her again, risking his life for innocents by
stopping the outraged Eric.
